REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Pawvana Inc, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Refund Period
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. If you exceed this period, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

2. Return Requirements
Products must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
Some specialty products (such as personal care products, pet hygiene products, etc.) may not be returnable. Please refer to the product description for details.

3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Obtain Return Authorization: After ensuring that the return is eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

Returning the Item: Ship the item to the designated address according to the authorization process. Please retain proof of shipping for future reference.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used, and processing time may vary depending on your bank.
5. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For customer-related returns (e.g., a change of mind), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items that have exceeded the return period
Items that have been opened and used
Items that have been custom-made to meet your individual requirements.
